what is a notice of issue vacate mean because yesterday my case was in court and i don't what this means

A note of issue must be filed before a case can go to trial. It appears your note of issue filing was vacated.

It simply means the judge has determined that all the work that needs to be done by the attorneys in your action to make ready your case for trial has not been accomplished. Once the schedule has been followed and attorneys have complied with the judge's order, your attorney has to place the case on the trial calendar again, and you shall wait for your case to proceed to trial.
