personal injury. loss of salary.

i was assaulted in a bar by the manager and bartender. can i sue the bar.

To answer your question, I would need more information. First, were you injured. Second, how did the assault occur?

There are a lot of aspects that come into play in a case such as this. Generally speaking, however, if the manager and bartender used excessive force or were negligent in what they did, you may have a cause of action to sue them.
