Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

Pill in Breadstick

I was eating a Papa John's breadstick and chewed into a pill that was hidden in it. My roomate was a witness and I took pictures right away and then became sick. I also have been expericencing chest pains and have not been able to eat since. so I have scheduled a doctor's appointment. Should I seek compensaiton.?
