Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

at work i went to answer a patient call bell and stepped on a mat that was next to her bed and slipped and fell due to a housekeeper mopping the floor and placing the mat on top of a wet floor .I pulled a muscle in my neck and arm what should i do...do i qualify for workers comp?
