Legal Question in Product Liability in New York
N Y State I bought a car for 1050.00 dollars from a private party. They verbally assured me that nothing was wrong with the car, 20 miles from there place the car over heated . The garage said they sold me a car with a blown head gasket. Is there any way I can get my money back after they intentionally lied to me about the status of the car?
