Legal Question in Product Liability in New York
my doctor place a medical devise call a bravo capsules in my esophagus it should go away in 24hr. i am having pain cannot eat for six days my test show that the device is stuck in my esophagus.

Get a malpractice attorney. If one says no, contact others. Newer lawyers are more likely to take smaller cases but I don't know if anyone will take this case.
