I bought a house the seller was holding the morteage he passed away before I could finish paying what do I do

Keep making payments to the seller until you complete paying for the house. The seller's estate will deposit the checks. Once you finish paying, you will have to have the seller's executor sign and deliver a satisfaction of mortgage document to be filed with the county clerk.
