My boyfriend and I bought a house on land contract $60000 at 600 a month. Have had 6 years. I moved out 1 year ago to apartment … Even if I don’t live there in 12 years paid off. Then can sell and each get 1/2 the proceeds … He owes me $6000 cash can I go to what court to force payment ?

You should seek a partition action against him to force him to buy you out or sell at fair market price.
