Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

ive in a co-op. I had legal problems with my co-op over the past few years. To sum it up, we went to court and the judge sided with me. It never went to trial so we had 'agreements'. Legal fees weren't awarded to either side.

However, they have been putting their legal fees on my co-op bill.

I've told them several times that my maintenance is paid in full, but they won't answer. My bill now has over $8,000.

This month, the bill was so convoluted I couldn't figure out the exact amount I owed. I wrote the managing agent and, as typical, he won't answer. There are certain adjustments made this month (abatement, star).

If they won't answer me how can I resolve this problem?
