dad's home

Dad passes away and now i reside in our family home. His mortgage payment is alot, and the mortgage balance is alot also. What am I going to do with his payments, and our house?

Did he have a Will? Is anyone else's name on the Deed? If you cannot assume the mortgage payments, your best option would be to sell the property (providing you have the legal authority to do so).
