Land dispute
My neighbor an i have decided to resolve a boundry dispute with a fence. We each paid for half of the fence and installed at a agreed upon location. Is this enought to make the dispute sttlement binding?

It is until a new owner comes along and says it is not. Why not get an attorney and have your deed. and lots lines adjusted. This will be the only way in which there is finality.
