Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

accused but consentual

first of all, Im not management in the workplace. Dirty talked on both our part and it led to my touching her in what she claims was unappropriately. Even after touches we all(surrounding co-workers)laughed and joked as always, nothing seemed to be wrong. One hour before being called into office, a co-worker told me that she feels uncomfortable about the touches but doesnt know how to tell me because she doesnt want it to be weird. Never heard stop it or dont do that until that point. My question is, will she have a case against me if she should try to sue? Personally think she is or was trying to impress her on again off again boyfriend that works there also. Please help me on this. Also, is there a way to find out if she is persuing a case prior to being served?
