Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

Rape by employer

Hello,

I was raped by my employer. I am going to press criminal charges, and also consulted the New York State Division of Human Rights, which deals with sexual harassment cases (though obviously this is more serious than sexual harassment). The other problem is that they deal with companies that have at least 4 employees. Besides me (I was an assistant/intern), my boss, and his partner, all other employees were hired ''per diem.'' I don't know if this would be under the jurisdiction of the Department of Human Rights.

My question is, are there any other avenues I should pursue? I think the criminal case might devolve into a battle of ''he said/she said'' (as rape cases so often do), despite the fact that I have proof of sexual acts and bruises, so I would definitely like to have a civil case against him as well.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.
