driving with a licens in ny
my friend drove someone else's car with their permission and hit a tree, he then foun out she has no license , she got a ticket for no license reckless driving speeding and something else. wut should she do, she has no prior record and is scared she's going to jail

Your friend needs a lawyer as soon as possible. That is the only advice on this subject that I can give. A very good criminal and traffic attorney can help this person.
