Insurance/License
I have only a permit, (drivers test is next week) While driving my sister's car, a car hit me. what are the potential consequences i may face knowing now that my sister did not have insurance on the vehicle?

You have a potential defense to the charge :that being you were a non-owner with no knowledge that the car was uninsured.
