Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
I received a VO for an expired inspection. The vehicle was on private property at the time. It was an orange parking ticket type. Is it a legitament ticket? As far as I know you cant receive a parking ticket on private property.

You are correct. If the location description on the ticket indicates a private lot or street, bring proof with you to fight the ticket. Good luck.
