Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Violation Issued Under Wrong Name
My Question is.
If pulled over and you were ticketed for unlicenced opperator, and the officer wrote out a ticket to you under the wrong last name but had the right date of birth and adress. would that be enough for them to pin the fine on me. the car was registered under my mother not me. is there anyway out of this cause they are threatening to suspend my license but sent me the mail under a different last name.
please help thank you.
