Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

In 2016 my husband and I had a last will and testament done. He passed away last month, and I am the sole inheritor of his assets. My own will is still in place, and my wishes and needs have not changed. Is my will still valid?

Probably, yes. There's no reason your husband's death would automatically make your Will invalid. Nevertheless you should really have a lawyer take a look and make sure.
