Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

dad deceased, let 3 adult children a house, 1 adult 50% 2 other sibblings 25% ea. The house is in very bad shape, I want to sell, nobody else wants to sell. How can I sell this house, it's run down etc

I'm the executrixx with 50%..how can I sell this house.

The house is owned by the estate. You, as executrix, control the estate. You may simply place the house on the market to sell.

However, the fact that there are issues with your siblings, and the fact that the house is run down, will adversly affect the sale price of the house.
