Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

estate legal fees

My brother and I both wanted to be appointed as administrator of our mother's estate after the executor who was named in the will resigned. I was appointed by the court with Letters of Administration, cta. I have paid all my legal fees up to date. I know I am entitled to be reimbursed for my legal fees by the estate once I petitioned the court for Letters of Administration, cta. Am I also entitled to be reimbursed by the estate for legal fees I paid for phonecalls and letters, etc. my attorney corresponded with to my bother's attorney, my brother and the executor who resigned. All correspondence had to do with the estate before I petitioned the court. Thank you for reading this and I would appreciate your opinion.
