my mother resently passed away

am i entitled to see a copy of her will. I have bothers and sisters

and i have not have contact with the family until her passing.

Yes, you are entitled to see a copy of the will.

When it comes time to probate the will, you will either receive a copy of the will together with a document directing you to "waive citation and consent to probate" or you will receive citation with a return date at the Surrogate's Court. The attorney's information will be provided on either of these documents. From the attorney you will be able to receive a copy of the will.
