Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

My father died and left his estate to his 6 children. I have 2 sisters that provided most of his care in his final years and feel they deserve the money more than I do. Can I defer my share of the inheritance to them ?

Yes you can waive your share of the inheritance.
