What is a half sister ?

dad has 1 stepdaughter, and 3 biological adult children. dad raised his stepdaughter and never legally adopted his stepdaughter, stepdaughter last name on birth certificate

is different from his bio adult children. Dad left me, his

oldest biological daughter his house in the will. Now the

stepdaughter lives in the house now, also dad said in his

will that it is his desire to have stepdaughter removed from the premises, upon his death. stepdaughter has no lease and has not paid rent over 5 yyrs. I'm the executrix

of my dad will. Can dad stepdaughtr contest my dad will?

dad said I'm his oldest biological daughter and he's leaving the house to me.

Also, dad said in his will, he wants his stepdaughter to

leave the premises upon his death, can stepdaughter contest

dad will.

Once the will is admitted to probate, evict her.

Anyone can contest a will, but a stepchild does not inherit, even without a will, so what can she ask for?

She has no claim to his estate, although she can try to contest the will. Once the court appoints you execurix you can bring on an eviction proceeding.
