Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

I have a lawyer but it seems we are stonewalled. my father died a year ago and my sister has a sleezy lawyer. my lawyer is not getting anwers from the courts, can i call the courts for answsers? the more time goes on the more my sister can hide

help its been 6 months, lawyer is trying but not having luck

You have not described why you are in Court to begin with? You imply your sister is hiding assets? Have you completed all Court procedures? It seems more has to be done and more facts have to be presented before an answer can be provided.
