if im on title to my fathers house and his will states that his 3 children split his monies is the house included?

If titled as "joint tenants with right of survivorship", no. If you own as "tenants in common", yes, as your share is only an undivided 1/2 interest.

Cannot tell without seeing the Deed and how title reads. Unless it lists you as a joint tenant with right of survivorship, and only lists you as a tenant in common, his share is controlled by the Wil and his share is divided among Will named people.
