Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

my mom died last year in fl. and her will could'nt be found. she had no lawyer that i know of so i ve no idea how the will was drawn out or why there was no copy. i know there was a will because i saw it but did'nt want to read it. i have 2 sisters,the eldest had power of attorny. she sold the house to her daughter under the condition her daughter would flip the house and then pay us. it's going on over a year and none of my phone calls are being returned from anyone.l live on s.s.i. and am struggling to make it month to month, but they go out to dinner every night and i found out they went on a 3 week cruise to cozumel mexico. what can i do?

You can hire a lawyer who will make calls to the Florida probate court and otherwise figure out what's going on.
