Parents are not liable to a storekeeper for the destruction caused by their children if they permit the children to run wild through the store.

I do not understand your posting. Are you asking a question, making a comment, and I do not understand who "THEY" mean, the parents or the storekepper? Parents can be held responsible if unruly children cause damage, even if no signs are posted like "if you break it it's yours", or "customers are responsible for damage caused by them."
