probating a will

my elderly grandma made a will out for me to inherit her property and 9 months later my uncle took her to court to become guardian and the judged ruled article 81 can my granmas will she made out for me still stand when i have supporting evidence from doctors the lawywer who drafted the will ,A.P.S,and social workers from the hospital all in agreement at that time she was compitant?

Re: probating a will

Normally, in an Article 81 proceeding the Judge orders the will to be filed with the Surrogate's Court.

You should check with the Surrogate's Court to determine if the will was filed.
