It depends upon what is being disputed. Of course, anyone can file a dispute, but the question is if it will be successful. More facts need to be known for a better answer; such as what is being disputed, why, the physical and mental condition of the parent when the Will was written, what facts or circumstances may have changed since the Will was written, how long ago was the Will written, etc.You should also be cautioned that Will contests are expensive to pursue and time consuming. Is this anything that can be settled among the children as there may be other, less costly means of resolving the dispute.
