Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

I have a sister with dementia. I need her to sign some papers so we can get some money from fathers estate. What can i do?

If she is not competent, that she cannot sign any papers. You would have to get her guardian to sign. If she does not have a guardian, you would have to have the Court appoint a guardian for her.
