Will my aunt's will, health care proxy and POA that was made in Florida be recognized in NY

While legally, the answer to this question is yes, it should be recognized, you don't want to find out when it is too late that those documents will not be recognized. Of special concern is the power of attorney. Banks can be difficult about accepting powers of attorney. You should have a New York attorney review these documents to ensure they comply with New York law.
