If a person goes from TTD to PPd does
there bi-weekly payment amount
Change?

It would change because Temporary TOTAL disablity means 100% disabled and Permanent Partial disability means you are at least not 100% partially disabled anymore. "Partial" disability means you are any where between a 25% to 75% degree of disability.
