Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

Gd Evening,i have been on workers Comp since 5/7/08, the insurance company would like to settle case to not be reopened in which a offer was made, would i have to pay back all the money that was paid to me every two weeks or do i just have to pay the 15% attorney fee for the attorney that i had working on my case ? i had a hearing this past August 2010 in which the judge ordered in my favor for the payments to continue, also i was overpaid $600 on two payments that i know they will take back.

No worries. They will just deduct the overpayment that they made to you from your final settlement. The attorney's fee is irrelevant. Good Luck.
