I am permanently disabled back injury cervical and lumbar. Collecting 400wk for the past 2years. Hearing to close case next week. Will i be offered a settlment? What are the odds of stttling

You may be offered a lump sum settlement or a section 32 settlement.you should discuss w/ an attorney what your settlement will mean to you and perhaps a financial advisor as well.
