Workers compensation cases are fact sensitive and driven by many factors. In order for me to give you an answer to your very specific questions I need more facts. Generally, it is best to hire an attorney for representation in your workers compensation matter than handle it yourself as the insurance carriers and employers will do what they can to minimize their liability.
