Legal Question in Bankruptcy in North Carolina

I have a situation where I owner financed a property through a lawyer to a couple. They failed to pay and breached their contract. I went to file an eviction notice, but they file for bankruptcy before I could file for eviction. The bankruptcy was dismissed because they fail to pay according to the terms of the bankruptcy, so I went the next morning after receiving the letter stating that their bankruptcy had been dismissed, but they had already re-file for bankruptcy again. I live in North Carolina, is there any way to evict these people? They have been leaving rent free for almost 1 and a half.
