If a customer falls on ice on the sidewalk outside of my store, am I responsible?

If you do not own the sidewalk, then you are probably not liable. If you own the sidewalk, then you are probably still not liable, if the ice was obvious. You may want to consult with an attorney to discuss this in more detail.
