Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in North Carolina

I was arrested for fraud with a 20,000 bond 2/2008 it was dimissed in 03/2009 it was exponged 5/2009 I was fasley arrested The company i worked for sent in fake documents and had me arrested it was dimissed due to the facts where false. I am now $20,000 in debt for lawyer bills lost my job and want to know what can i do now? I have all documents needed for a law suit against the company.I have a clean record..

Contact a Plaintiff's lawyer in your area and call for a no-cost initial consultation. Get the recommendations of friends, or call your local bar association for a list of attorneys who handle the kind of problem you describe. You need a local lawyer. You cannot get the relief you require from the postings on this board.
