tv repair

took my tv to be repaired at a local shop. they had the tv for 2weeks and sold it without even letting us know it was finished being fixed. The place was not a pawn shop. And now they do not want to reinverse us for the sold tv. or get ours back.

Depending on the value of your TV, you could either (i) have an attorney write a nasty letter demanding reimbursement, or (ii) file in small claims court. Small claims will be the cheaper way to go, but the letter might be easier.
