Reatitution
I have six months left on probation and my probation officer wants me to raise my restitution payment. Can they go after my wifes house that i am not on the deed or loan? What can they do to me if i don't pay after my probation is up?

They cannot go after your wife's house. They don't generally let a person get off of probation unless their restitution is paid. If you have not paid your restitution by the end of your probation then you can be brought back in front of a judge to decide what to do with you.
