unnecessary noise
I wanted to know if I have a case against my upstairs neighbor at my apartment complex. She deliberately stomps around her apartment at all times of night. I have asked her to stop and made a complaint to the leasing office but she continues. What can I do?

You can again complain to the leasing office. If your quality of life is effected you can file a nusiance complaint if the leasing office does not respond. Landlord/tenant law can be tricky and illogical.
