bought my house 9.5 years ago been married 1.5 years no kids she has moved out when do the split does she get half my house

Provided that you bought the house while you were not married and never estuck her name on the deed at all, the house is separate. It is not subject to division by the court.

You need to see a family law attorney as theremay be other equitable distribution, alimony/spousal support or other issues which need addressed.
