Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

Around May or June of 2009, I found out that my husband of 10 years, mates for 20 years, I found out that he has been cheating on me for the past 17 years with one woman and for the past 5 years with another woman. I found out all about this from multiple telephone calls found on the phone bill. After finding the phone calls I called both of these women and both have admitted to the sexual involvement with my husband. I left him for about 1-2 weeks but took him back around July 2009. The marriage right now is nil, totally destroyed, no peaceful conversations, very little unmeaningful 1 min of sex, etc. I don't know what to do - thinking about but haven't proceeded with divorce. Do I have a case against him and both of these women? Help!!!

You need to go sit down with a lawyer who does family law and discuss the situation. Sounds like you have already legally "condoned" his affairs by having sex with him after learning about his affairs, so you should see a lawyer before you make any more legal errors.
