Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

Hi my name is ShannanAlexander and I am trying to find out the best way to go about getting full custody of 2 of my children, I also want to know what the criteria is for getting emergency temp. custody based on what I would consider a lack of parenting and possible neglect as well as info on obtaining restrainging orders, permanant custody and being to take my children out of the state due to threats recieved by my ex husband and fear to remain in this state. If you could please get back to me at your earliest convienance, I would greatly appreciate it. I have been going back and forth with this for about 7 years and I am at my wits end, Thank You.

Your question is impossible to answer in this forum.

You will need to hire a qualified and experienced domestic lawyer who has handled lots of custody cases in the county where the case will be filed in court.
