Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

If I live in North Carolina and my wife and I have been seperated for 3 months and living in seperate homes. She comes over drunk and causes a seen pulling things off the wall in front of the kids because she is so drunk. She came over this morning and took all the kids clothes as she said they were gifts from her friends. What are my rights if we are not divorced yet? I see you can get a restraining order for domestic violence but does this qualify? And how do I keep her from entering my home?

Changing the locks works for most people. Then verbally instrust her to say away from your property - if she doesn't she is committing the crime of trespass - call the police. Also, if she is drunk and acting the way you say she is, why are you not calling the police or at least going to your local magistrate to swear out a protective order? And go see a local attorney about custody of the children and answers to any other questions you may have.
