Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

rights of biological children over age of 18

i am a 44 year old person who has never met my biological father. i know alot of his information, and he does know about me. i have never asked for anything from him ever. but i would like to have pictures of him and a medical history (for my own family). as a 44 year old adult, do i have any rights as his biological child to have these things i've requested. he does not want to cooperate.

I am sorry, but you do not have legal rights to those items or the medical information. Maybe you could get relatives to help persuade him. Best wishes.
