Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

My ex wife got remarried to a radiologist and now lives in a 650k home and drives a new car. Im a school teacher and live on a very tight budget. We have 2 children together and we share custody (50/50). I do not pay alimony but I do pay monthly child support. I also have to pay 58% of medical and child care expenses. Legally do I have to continue to pay child support?

Yes you do. You can however ask to modify the child support order based on the new circumstances. You should speak to a family law attorney in your area to see what can be done...but make sure you continue to pay until any new order is given.
