Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina

I was in a building along with 2 other employees and we were not informed by Mall Mgt. or Police Dept. to evacuate during a bomb threat, do I have a lawsuit?

You have a lawsuit, if you were harmed. You would have to show that, management knew you were in the building and did not take steps to prepare you and you were harmed in someway by their acts.
