Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina
I keep getting falsely accused of petty things harassment, trespassing, stalking and continue to have to pay an attorney to go to court for me and am wondering what can I do to make it stop. None of the charges ever stick but I have to keep paying attorney fees and missing work. What can I do?
