Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

Bring Father and Brother in USA

HI there,

I am U.S. citizen. I want to bring my father here. I also have a 17 years old brother. Can brother come with my father as dependant? Do I need to apply seperately?

If you know please let me know.

Thank you,

Rahman

You should file as soon as possible to protect your brother's status as a child/dependant of your father. There are many pitfalls in the immigration system, please consider using an attorney to guide you through these matters.
